All of the pictures found on the site are available for reproduction and purchase. Unlike the versions found online, the originals are much more dense with 4 to 6 megapixels each. This is more than sufficient to blow up a still to 20" x 30" without losing any noticeable detail.

If you find a still online that you like, send an email (purchase@penzart.com), give the picture name, the size you'd like and how quickly you need it in your hands. Payment can be done through PayPal or by check. As soon as payment is received, Penny will have your custom-sized print made. The printing shop will deliver it to her, and she will personally inspect and hand-sign it before mailing it (see shipping & handling charges).

Shipping & Handling

If regular mail or UPS ground service will work, each item will have an additional $10 charge to cover the cost of the packaging materials to protect your purchase and the costs for shipping. Faster delivery will cost more. Picking up works from Penny's studio and there will be no shipping & handling charges added.

Unconditional Guarantee

It's very important to Penny that you like what you've purchased. If the colors on a photograph don't match your decor, don't worry. If you don't like the detail or sharpness in something, no worries. If for ANY reason you don't want to keep your purchase, you may return it for a full "no questions asked" refund. The only thing not refunded would be the shipping & handling fees for both directions.

There are two limitations to this guarantee. First, you must return the painting or photograph within 10 days of your receipt of it. Second, if you're returning a painting, it must be in the same perfect condition it was in when it reached you. (Shipping on the way to you is Penny's problem; shipping on the return trip is yours.)

If you want to return any purchase, please send an email to purchase@penzart.com with your contact information, and Penny will get in touch with you right away to make arrangements for the return and a refund.
